Requirements
- Standard pre-preprinted forms provided by the licensing agency (forms available at the daycare)
- Pre-screening and assessment form
- Acceptance letter and non-refundable two weeks deposit
- Tuition is based on enrollment rather than attendance
- Fees are accepted on Friday, in advance of services and/or by Monday drop-off
